Pizza Bunting Supplies

  • 2 sheets of yellow felt
  • 1 sheet of dark red felt
  • 1 sheet of beige/cream felt
  • 150cm string
  • fabric glue or hot glue gun

Pizza Bunting Instructions

1. Stack the 2 sheets of yellow felt on top of each other then pin pattern page (page 2) to the top of the stack & cut out pennants (you will end up with 6)

2. Cut red felt sheet in half and stack the 2 halves on top of each other then pin remaining pattern paper to red felt & cut out pepperoni (you will end up with 18)

3. cut red felt sheet in half and stack the 2 halves on top of each other then pin remaining pattern paper to beige/cream felt & cut out crusts (you will end up with 6)-one at a time, take the pennants and fold the top end down so a crease runsthrough the middle of about where the small lines are on the pattern

4. Use scissors to cut those four slits

5. Thread your string through the slits by first poking the string through the 1st slit, then feed it down through the 2nd slit, poke it up through the third slit and feed it back down through the 4th slit; repeat with all six pennants

6. Slide pennants to space them 12cm apart on the string (that will leave 45cm on each end for hanging)

7. Use fabric glue or hot glue to affix crust and pepperoni to each pennant
